Dale is a Certified Welding Engineering Technologist with API 510, 570, 653, 1169 and 1184 certifications. CWB Certified, ABSA ISI Certified, Red Seal Journeyman Welder and Pipefitter, with over 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Sector.
Dale has volunteered in his community for many years as a 4H Leader, Executive positions on many Local Boards and served 7 years on the Board of Directors of ABSA as the Minister of Municipal Affairs Appointee.
